Spiced Pear Cider from St. George Spirits

St. George Spirits Spiced Pear Liqueur is a must-have for mixologists this fall. The distillery crafts this liqueur from its flagship pear brandy and enhances those ripe Bartlett pear flavors by adding fresh pear juice, clove, and cinnamon.

Spiced Pear Cider

  • 2 oz. Spiced Pear Liqueur
  • 4 oz. hot apple cider

Add liqueur and cider to a glass or mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick and slice of apple.

Double Back Manhattan from Savage & Cooke

From Savage & Cooke, recently named California Distillery of the Year 2023, comes this cocktail featuring one of their top Bourbons – the Burning Chair. Notes of brown sugar, caramel, butterscotch, and toasty oak meet smooth flavors of vanilla bean, baking spice, maple, and baked apple, making it the perfect choice for a fall cocktail.

Double Back Manhattan

  • 2 parts Burning Chair Bourbon
  • ½ part Averna
  • ½ part Cherry Heering
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Stir all the ingredients together, strain, and garnish with an orange slice soaked in brown sugar and Amarena Toschi Cherry.

Autumn Orchard from KOVAL

This unique take on a classic cider cocktail from KOVAL uses the distillery’s popular Cranberry Gin. This gin’s fruit-forward personality is balanced by bittersweet flavors and crisp, well-rounded notes of 13 signature botanicals.

Autumn Orchard

  • 2 oz. KOVAL Cranberry Gin
  • 4 oz. apple cider
  • 2 dashes of aromatic bitters

Build over the rocks and garnish with thin slices of apple.

Calavera Cobbler from Tequila Ocho

For this dessert-inspired cocktail, Tequila Ocho Añejo brings a refined combination of floral, mild citrus, and agave aromas with the slightest hint of chocolate and flavors of honey, butter, vanilla, and caramel.

Calavera Cobbler

  • 1.5 oz. Tequila Ocho Añejo
  • 0.5 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 2.5 oz. red wine

Combine in a wine glass and add ice, three lemon wheels, two orange slices, six fresh berries, and mint.

Applejack Old Fashioned from Starlight Distillery

Starlight Distillery crafts its Applejack Brandy from estate-grown apples that are pressed, fermented, and then distilled in the distillery’s 80-gallon copper pot still. The brandy is then aged in new charred American oak barrels, bringing out caramel and spicy oak notes within the rich apple flavors.

Applejack Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz. Starlight Applejack Brandy
  • 0.5 oz. maple syrup
  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters

Stir all the ingredients together and pour over ice. Run an orange peel around the rim of the glass and then garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Matcha Nut Fix from East Imperial (Non-Alcoholic)

East Imperial makes premium tonics and sodas perfect for crafting unique high-end cocktails and mocktails. For this drink, you’ll use East Imperial Kima Kola which has an aromatic blend of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla. It’s made with honey and cane sugar and is naturally light.

Matcha Nut Fix

  • 1 oz. 15% matcha green tea
  • East Imperial Kima Kola
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Add tea and bitters to a chilled lowball and top with Kima Kola and ice. Add one orange slice for garnish.
