Craft cocktail enthusiasts and mixologists have found the next innovative ingredient to expand their drink programs!
Chareau is a unique new liqueur that blends aloe vera juice, macerated vine fruits, Californian botanicals, and eau de vie. The result is an exceptionally “cooling” liqueur with bright notes of muskmelon, lemon, cucumber, and spearmint.
Chareau’s crisp, refreshing profile makes it enjoyable served simply over the rocks, but its true potential emerges as a cocktail ingredient. Its bright, botanical notes bring new depth and lift to both classic and modern recipes, quickly becoming the modern bartender’s not-so-secret weapon!
