Spiced Pear Liqueur from St. George Spirits
This fantastic liqueur from St. George Spirits was made for creating cocktails that stir up a little bit of that holiday nostalgia everyone loves. It’s absolutely bursting with a ripe Bartlett pear flavor that is complemented perfectly by the addition of clove and cinnamon notes. St. George Spirits crafts the Spiced Pear Liqueur with its flagship pear brandy and lusciously fresh pear juice. The slight dilution from the juice allows mixologists to use it more freely when creating new cocktails.
You’re probably already thinking of tons of creative cocktails that would benefit from a dash of this liqueur, but if you want a really interesting one to try, St. George Spirits has you covered! The following recipe is for a super tasty Spice Pear Margarita – very unique and perfect for the holidays!
- 1 ½ oz. Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz. Spice Pear Liqueur
- ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
Place all the ingredients listed above in a shaker, add some ice, and shake well to mix and chill. Next, rim a glass with a salt and cinnamon mixture and strain your margarita over fresh ice. Garnish however you see fit – perhaps with a lime wedge and slice of pear!
