High N’ Wicked Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Released in December 2022, this Bourbon consists of a High-Rye sweet mash bill – 51% Corn, 39% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley. It is characterized by a rich assortment of aromas ranging from leather and pipe tobacco to blackberries, orange peel, dark cocoa, cherries, and cinnamon. Nicely structured tannins are carried on the palate by a light, creamy mouthfeel and notes of berries, oranges, and baking spices. In fact, Wine Enthusiast named this Bourbon the best High-Rye Bourbon of 2023.
High N’ Wicked Kentucky Straight Rye
Making its debut in spring 2023, this mash bill is 91% Rye and 9% Malted Barley. Sourced from New Riff Distilling in Newport, Kentucky, it features an array of warm and sweet aromas – apple pie, brioche, baking spice, and ripe tree fruit.
