In Spring of 2021 KOVAL Distillery partnered with Vintegrity Missouri and Vintegrity Kansas for the reintroduction of Spring into Gin. Spring into Gin is a way for distilleries to collaborate with bartenders on Spring Cocktails to raise contributions for No Kid Hungry, a nonprofit working to solve problems of hunger and poverty, especially childhood hunger, in the United States and around the world. We are pleased to announce that a portion of profits from KOVAL Gin, KOVAL Barreled Gin, and KOVAL Cranberry Gin Liqueur sold in March and April of 2021 were donated to No Kid Hungry.
We got together at one of the great Spring into Gin promoters, Drastic Measures in Shawnee Kansas, to recap the 2021 campaign. Checks from KOVAL, Boozy Botanicals, Vintegrity Missouri and Vintegrity Kansas were presented to Gina Reardon of No Kid Hungry by JP Gilmore of Vintegrity. On behalf of Spring into Gin, we want to thank all our great bars, bartenders, and retailers whose support was off the charts this year. We enjoyed all the creative and delicious cocktails and look forward to more of the same next year. We also send out a special thanks to Dr. Sonat Birnecker and her team for all the support and the wonderful Gins of KOVAL Distillery.
